forged quitclaim deed

forged quitclaim deed

I was a beneficiary on my parents unencumbered deed along with my brother. My brother filed a forged quit claim deed removing my name two weeks prior to the death of my father who was preceeded in death by my mother. He then filed death affadavits and the property is now solely in his name. Do I have recourse since this was fraud? Occured in AZ.
