reverse a quick claim deed

reverse a quick claim deed

I quick claimed property to my daughter and I want it reversed and now she is ignoring me.I was being sued and afraid of losing my property , that is what she said would keep them from taking it. The lawsuit was taken care of by me and some cash instead. So now the house was to be reversed back {after this was settled} .I don't know what chances I have to get this reversed but if looks like she is not going to corporate!!! I was under such a stress when I had papers served on me. Didn't know what to do. I confided in her to help me. Can't believe she would do this to me. What do I do now??? What chance I do have to get this back? I'm 73 yrs old need this piece of property sold so I have some funds to survive on..Social Security just is not enough. I can not even sell this now. Shirley

You should contact a real estate attorney in this regard and take his opinion. If you have a written agreement with your daughter mentioning the fact that she will transfer the property back to you, then you will have a strong case against her. Nevertheless, even if you can prove the fact that you signed away the property under stress, there are high chances that you will get back your property.
