Deed In Lieu of foreclosure

Deed In Lieu of foreclosure

My mortgage loan has been sold three times since I purchased my home. I am not able to keep the home and decided to take the lenders offer of Deed In
Lieu. The current lender is out of state, and called me to inform me that I will need to meet with a notary that will represent them to sign documents. This is my first time going through this and I am in hardship so I can't afford a lawyer and the free legal assistance is overwhelmed with cases. How do I know that what I'm signing is what I agreed upon?

Read the details - I am not sure what form it is but one of the many will lay out the details - ask the notary to point it out most of them will know where it is -   Good Luck  B Barnes Nationwide Loans Brian@AimWithFocus.com
