delinquent payment

I recieved a statement from my mortgage stating that my optional products are 3 months delinquent when in fact the payments are added to my mortgage payment and it is current .it states that this deliquent is from 2 payments in 2011 and 1 in 2014 and the 2014 is from last month and my payment for last month has been paid.They state that I owe the opitional products almost 200.00 with no break down I in fact contacted one of the product co. and they stated that my account is current.
