Bad Experence

Bad Experence

I wanted to let you know about a bad experience I had with the York, PA office of first preference. I hear your radio program on WHP-580 Saturdays between 2 and three. It made think about buying a house under VA program as I have been living in a motel for 5 years. After giving info to Jason I received a letter saying I was ok for $189,000. I put an offer on house for $183,900. After a couple of weeks back and forth, he was no longer working there and Terry Hill took over. She keep asking for more and more paperwork and after about 4 weeks of wasting my time and money for appraisal and inspection she turned down my loan. I am out over $1000 due to your companies mistake of approving me and then turning me down.

Could be a blessing in disguise worser scenario being they qualify you for a mortgage you cant afford and then blame you and three years of payments later they take the house and the payments leavin you under the bus. Don't get me wrong, don't give up just make sure all cooperative components are in your best interest and there are forces beyond us at work nudging us in the right direction if you are paying attention and believe.
