Brian - What are your thoughts on Forgiveness loans ? If eligible for a forgiveness loan do you think it wise for a shareowner to go through with it. What are the pros and cons ? Does your credit get ruined ?

Hi Mark,

I don't have much knowledge about forgiveness loans. However, depending your financial problems, there are some lenders who can offer you loan forgiveness. This is a part of loan modification wherein the lender may forgive a certain amount of loan so that it becomes easier for you to pay off the loans.
