Can I refinance to pay some cr

Can I refinance to pay some credit card debt; I have high credit card balances which affects my credit rating. I have a primary mortgage with Chase and a small secondary one with Chase. I wanted to combine the two loans and credit cards in one payment.

Hi Guest,

You can combine the two mortgages into one by refinancing them provided you have equity in your property and meet the required criteria of your lender. However, as far as credit cards are concerned, you will have to contact your credit card company and set up a repayment plan with them in order to sort out the matter.
