Yes - if you have enough equity in the home to qualify a Rerse mortgage requires enough equity to basically cover the payments for you if you were to sale, and then buy with enough cash down to do this it would be possible If you want to buy but dont have much to put as a down payment then no you couldnt do this Good Luck Brian Barnes ENG Lending Nationwide Lender
