Deed transfer?

Deed transfer?

It seems as if the deed can be transferred as the new occupant makes the lien payments as long as the loan remains current why does the lienholder care? This seems to be legal I can find nothing that says it isn't. Thanks, Tim

They dont - but if you miss a payment they have a due on sale clause they can use to trigger payment in full - transfer of title is considered a sale so legally they can go after the seller for payment in full -
