FHA loan question

FHA loan question

Is it possible to qualify for an FHA loan if I cosigned a conventional loan for a house I never lived in? I never made a payment either. It was always the other person and they made all the payments on time. I have good credit.

Yes - as long as your debt to income will qualify with both mortgage payments - you may get some relief off of the first mortgage as long as you can document that someone else is paying it...   If you need help let us know   Brian Barnes ENG Lending Mortgage Loans in all 50 States Feel Free to Message me direct
