Good Morning Mr. Akerley, You have been most kind in the past to answer my mortgage questions thoroughly; therefore, as things change, I like to keep informed. Here's my most recent question. I have heard that there could be lenders who will now lend to those who are upside down on their homes and were never late with a mortgage payment. Is this so? Also, my holder is One West; however, I found that Wells Fargo owns my mortgage. Any information you can provide would again be very appreciated.
