HELLO, MY FATHER GOT LOCKED UP IN JAIL AND WAS UNDER SUICDE WATCH AND MENTAL SUPERVISION WHEN HIS SISTER TRICKED HIM INTO SIGNING A QUIT DEED ON HIS HOME AND LAND. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS?

This may be considered as a fraud. You can contact a real estate attorney and take the required steps in order to reverse the quitclaim deed.
