Hello George, I was paying $225 a month for a forbearance suspense fee to Litton Mortgage. I repeatedly questioned them about it and never received a response. The loan was sold to OCWEN and the suspense fee has gone up to $275 a month now. I have never received any paperwork from either loan company about this fee. My loan is current. I want this fee removed. How do I go about doing this. There is literally no way to reach OCWEN. The hold time is indefinite. Will you please help?

Hi Guest,

Unless you receive the paperwork, you shouldn't pay them. You should contact Ocwen and ask them to provide you with the paperwork. You can even take the help of a an attorney in this regard and check out what steps you need to take in this regard.
