Hi Adonis, you answered my previous question about a chapter 7 dismissal. If I don't pay the trustee my taxes, what happens other than a dismissal? I don't want to get into legal trouble? We had a house and it was already foreclosed on.

Hi Guest,

If the trustee demands for your tax refunds for paying off your creditors and if you don't give it to them, then your bankruptcy will be dismissed and your creditors will once again get the rights to sue you for those debts.
