Hi Brian - Predicted Libor 1year index for Oct of 2011 is 1.57 and is currently at .78. My adj mortgage will reset Oct 2011 wiych is currently an intrest only loan. Currently my rate is 7.625 on my loan. I beleive my binder states that i have a 2% margin. Based on this what will my new mortgage rate be in Oct of 2011 once reset.

As far as I can understand, your interest rate will range somewhere between 8% - 9%. However, your mortgage lender will be the best person to let you know what your mortgage rate will be like.
