Hi Cliff. I just read the article regarding the Sub-prime lenders for people with mortgage charge offs. My hubby and I have a HELOC from a foreclosure 3 years ago and we want to buy a home. we have good credit and $ down and qualify for a home loan, however, the only issue is the HELOC and the agreed to settle but that would take all our down payment $. If we could get into a Sub-prime loan that would be great! Can you tell me about that?
