Hi, My name is maria my house was under me and my husband name, but 2 years ago we desided to separate and he sing a quitclaim deed. now i am the only owner with no more mortgage, but he told me that he wants to divorce and he wants half of the house isthat possible that he can get 50 per cent of the house either if he singed a quitclaim deed?

If your husband had already signed a quitclaim deed and transferred the property to you, then you will be considered as the sole owner of the property. He cannot claim any share of property from you as he has already transferred the property to you.
