How can I remove myself from a mortgage I co-signed

How can I remove myself from a mortgage I co-signed

I am a co-borrower on a mortgage with my ex-husband's daughter. They refuse to sell or refinance. Under duress (abusive marriage) I signed over the deed to his son. I have since moved out of state and it has been several years since I resided in the home. What, if anything I can do to get off the mortgage?
I have a decent credit score but my debt to income ration is preventing me from being able to secure a mortgage of my own.

The another co-signer has to refinance the mortgage in her own name. Signing the deed won't get you off the mortgage repayment obligation as you are its co-signer.
