How logn do I have to move out

How logn do I have to move out

I share ownership on a house and I am leaving to buy another house. My ex-friend and co-owner is refinancing which will take me off of the mortgage. I am supposed to sign a Quit Claim Deed to get me off the Title. Once she refinances and I sign, is there legal amount of time that I have to move? I am worried that once I sign the Quit Claim, she will push me out .

Yes, when you sign a quit claim deed you relinquish all your rights over the concerned property to the another person on the title. So, your ex-friend might kick you out of the house later.
