How long can a mobile home reposession stay on your credit report
I bought a mobile home in 2008. The lender was here in California and then in 2009 the loan was bought by a mortgage company in Tennessee. I walked away from a mobile home in California in 2012 and sent the lender in Tennessee the keys. How long will this repossession stay on my credit report?
I know that it is considered personal property like a car would be and that California is a non-deficiency state so I am not liable for the difference, Just curious how much longer it will show as a delinquent payment each month on my credit report.
