I am trying to get a mortage loan and would like to know id charge-offs from 3 years ago will affect me application.

Hi Guest,

The charge-offs will affect your chances in order to qualify for a mortgage. The lender will ask you to pay off the charged off accounts and then apply for the loan. Moreover, paying off the charged off accounts will have a positive affect on your credit scores.
