I found your response to a previous, similar inquiry while searching to find out if my property, solely in my name, will be affected by my estranged husband filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Your reply indicated that my property is not at risk. Please tell me if this is true in all States. I reside in NJ, my estranged husband in IN. Thank you. helenemasiko@gmail.com

As the property is solely in your name, your husband's bankruptcy filing is not going to affect that property in any way.
