I have a 4 bedroom, 2-bath, double-wide manufactured home, on a permanent foundation, on my 80' X 120' lot, close to schools, and in good condition. I have a balance of just under $90,000.oo, and am interested in possible refinancing, preferrably with an equity minimizer program.

Hi Guest,

You will have to speak to the local mortgage lenders and apply for refinance. You can even speak to your present lender in order to get a refinance. If you meet all the required criteria of the lender, then it will be easier for you to qualify for the refinance loan. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if they can help you with a loan.
