Ibought a house in sheriff sal

Ibought a house in sheriff sale in new jersey, am i reponsible for past due of association fee. Previous owner did not pay the association fee for past two years. please answer

Hi Guest,

You shouldn't be responsible for the association fees which has been left unpaid by the previous owner. You can contact the previous owner and ask him to pay off the past due of association fee.
