Looking for lender I can use for mortgage loan if I had a short sale less than a year ago
I had to short sale a rental property after my tenant broke their lease early and my county re-assessed the taxable value on the property which increased the tax considerably.
The short sale was concluded less than a year ago, I missed payments on the rental property after the tenant left before it could be sold.
My primary residence and all other bills were paid on time. Now I am debt free, credit score is right at 700, monthly gross income is $8,333.
Is there a lender out there that would be able to provide a mortgage loan for me in Oklahoma?

The short sale will hurt you for at least 3 years since you were behind on payments when you sold - at the 2 year mark FHA will be an option -
You can use conventional for financing up to 80% of the value at the 2 year mark - 90% 3 years
