Mike, I am buying a house for our daughter and grandchildren. The apprasal

Mike, I am buying a house for our daughter and grandchildren. The apprasall came back with the dollar amout fine but they said it is in a rural area and it sent a red flag up and stopped the loan. What does this have to do with us getting the loan?

Not all lenders offer loans for properties located in the rural areas. You should contact lenders who offer rural development loans and check out if you can qualify for such a loan to buy a house for your daughter and grandchildren.
