Owner Financing

Owner Financing

I am looking for Owner Financing to buy a property in Il .How do I find any owners that are offering that ? Is there some web site for that purpose? How do I search for this kind of purchase? I am tired of banks that not use common sense. Was looking for loan with 30% down. And cost to buy a house less than rent of that same property .The banks are just not giving loans .I was asking for 40k loan and 20k down , and stupid people in banks said no.I dont get how $750 total housing cost is risky if rent is $1200.I don't get how that is risky if my income is 3600 per month plus my wife income. When did the banks stopped using common sence? And the best question I don't get : if rent is $1200 why would I not be happy to pay $750 for that same property? Why would I fail making this payment ? Where is the common sence in that? Where would I live if not pay $750? Who cares for some stupid credit scores? My credit score is down for one reason only , I stoped paying my mortgage payment .My total housing cost is $1800 when my property rent for only $1100 . That is a called losing money. However banks were more than happy to give me that loan. Put on the scale $750 vs $1200 and will clearly see that this loan makes more sence and has 100% . I just don't understant this total nonesence from the banks.

You can contact your friends and neighbors and check out if they know someone who is ready to owner finance. You can contact the local brokers even but they may not help you heartily. I haven't heard of any websites which may give you information regarding owner financing homes.
