Who do you go too when MHA check bounces

I went to a MHA (Making Homes Affordable) Workshop to get help with my mortgage payments. I had received a HAMP while with Homeward Residential and 8 months later was told OCWEN would be servicing. I have found you never get the same figures twice on statements, and no help with Customer Service MHA suggested they could help but wrote a check to cover my delinquent payment - that check bounced now I have to pay double in order to cover their check/charges it is too much I am a senior only with Social Security
