my question is is our bankruptcy was discharged in 2008 and our mortgage was with bank of America and now is with SLS and everytime they talk with us they read a script telling us we are not obligating to the mortgage but yet they still have the right to foreclose. so does that mean we didn't do an affirmation? I have looked through all our paperwork and nothing about reaffirming....and none of our payments are being reported to the credit bureau so essentially we are renting. If we chose to leave the mortgage will they just foreclose?
