how to get my share of heir property when one family member has somehow had the deed transferred into his name when there were 11 children?

i have a first cousin who somehow got my grandmother's property deeded into his name only. my grndmthr had 11 children, 2 still alive but numerous grandchildren. somehow my cousin has the deed registered in his name only at the courthouse now and he had the 2 remaining children sign some papers giving up their share but no one else has signed anything. i am going to see about an affidavit of heirship but can i sue him for filing false paperwork on the behalf of all the rest of us. i own 1/11ths of the proper as well as my other siblings. several of us have paid the property taxes throughout the years so what can about 40 of us grandchildren do? our parents-her children have died.
