Stated income loans are hardly available these days. Though you have a very good credit and plenty of equity in your property, unless you can provide specific proof of your income, lenders won't be ready to give you a loan.

They are still available but not from everyone. I know of a few lenders if you are still looking. Also try this site as the lenders are starting to sprout up again.
