i need to write a response for a foreclosure summon. I have until Friday November 4, 2011. I havea lawyer that I hire for my loan modification since the bank did not want to work with me. The law group told me that i need a response letter to let them know that you hire a law group but I dont have any clue how to do it. PLEASE HELP! PLEASE. I am in really urgent need.

Hi Guest,

You need to write a formal letter mentioning the fact that you're hiring the lawgroup in order to deal with your lender. I hope this will serve your purpose.
