reverse mortgage eviction process in California

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has knowledge about reverse mortgage eviction process in California. My mother had a reverse mortgage on her home. I was my mother's caregiver until she passed and also resided in the home. I received notice of foreclosure after a failed attempt at selling the home. The house went up for auction recently but there were no bids on the home. I want to know when do I have to leave the home. I am on a fixed income and a senior myself. Can I receive relocation assistance when the home is sold? I was notified that there is going to be another auction 2 months from now. I would appreciate some feedback.
