They are offering me ten years at 3.2 rate right now am at 6.75 is it worth it

If it is no cost to you then maybe - the reality though is the cost to get the loan may be more than you will make up in saving every month - at least for a very long time - Did they say how much it would save you every month - are they doing a 30 year term?
