I have been divorced 20 years..Me and my ex are joint owners of the marital home..I paid off the morgage(also live here) pay ins., taxes,repairs. My ex is trying to get a new home, using my (our) home as collateral without my permission..Am I in jeapordy of losing my home if he defaults..He is 65 using a VA 2nd loan and this propety is worth more than my home..Is this legal?
