we agreeded to buy a property which included an older mobile home, the folks living there have stated flat out they will not leave they have been there for 16 yrs it is there home and wioll not move, please what can be done I will not complete the deal until they are gone; it is a cash deal no banks or loans. Hi Guest,

Unless the elderly folks move out of the property, you won't be able to close this deal. I personally feel that it will be a good option to cancel this deal and look out for some other property.
