if both mortgage holders husband and wife are deceased in texas who is responsible for continue to make payments on account? or is there an insurance by law if both holders are deceased the note payment on that account is suppose to be payed off?

The mortgage dues will be paid off from their estate. However, if there are heirs to their property, then they can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in their names. Then they can refinance the mortgage and pay it off.
