Lady Bird Deed and medicare

My mother Lady Bird deeded her house to me several years ago ( we are in TX) . She is in poor health and advancing AD and on hospice as of two months ago and I may be having to place her in a nursing home soon as I can't physically take care of her anymore and wanted to know once she passes can medicare do anything such as putting any claims on the house?

The property was transferred to you years back. In such a situation, the Medicare may not be able to come after the house.
