Regarding reverter clause

Regarding reverter clause

Am I responsible for back taxes on a home I purchased from a man that bought it from an auction. The county wants the back taxes from me under what they are calling a reverter clause. Am I responsible or is he?

Who is the current owner of the house? Did you transfer all documents of the property? If you end up to be the owner, you will be responsible for the back taxes.Kindly elaborate your situation.
