Should I sign a quit claim deed on a condo I own but is going to forclosure?
I owe back and current assoc. dues for a condo I rent.
Association want me to sign a quit claim deed and then they will collect rent. I went chaapter 7 last year and included the condo mtg co. in it. Condo is forclosing soon. don't know when. Should I do this? What happens when it forcloses? Am I responsible for the mtg balance?
Or should I just give the assoc. the rent until I catch up.
I owe 10,000.00 plus 522.00 each month.

If the mortgage was included in your bankruptcy filing and if you have received a discharge from it, then you won't be liable for paying anything to the lender after he forecloses the property. The lender will recover as much dues as possible after the foreclosure but he won't be able to come after you for any deficient balance resulting from the sale of the property.
