Should i sign a General Warranty Deed
Should i sign a General Warranty Deed
I am an Heir of my grandmothers property that is under contract at this time. There are a total of 13 Heirs on this property and the administrator of the estate is pushing me to sign documents that have not been explained to me. The first page of the Warranty Deed gives the Excise tax amount and purchase price, parcel number, Grantor and Grantee information And such. However, the signature pages only have our names and a place to sign. How do I know that this signature page wont be put with another document. I just want to make sure that I'm not signing my rights away. Any suggestions?

Hire an attorney to review the documents - that is the only way you will know your side is being taken care of -
