our father died , his wife died 7 days later she had children from previous marriage her name was not on the deed of the house
He did not leave a will , how can we legally get property transfer to our name or who can get the property the wife's kids or us ?

You will need to go through a probate curt - you may be able to do a summary probate
I did one myself but it was a simple estate - I would advise getting an attorney top help
