Like 0 Dislike 0 My father recetnly married and quitclaimed his house to me during his previous marriage, he now wants me to sign it back to him so he can make me beneficiary and and new wife as well. Would making a living will or Estate be a better option? He's taking me to court in order to remove my name from it. I'm not sure about my options in this matter.
