Yes, the 2nd loan was supposed to pay the delinquent on the 1st. But we were screwed by my own parents. The 2nd loan was used by them for their own personal use. This is why I'm asking if we still need to pay for the 2nd. We don't have any property. Our name was added to the house to supposedly help my parent's keep the house...does it make sense? | |||

thanks adonisBut she has no income history unless you count working at toys r us, and mulitle other part time places in the last year a history. I need her to move on. to stop hanging on the my name, she didnt take it for her own when I married her she doesnt deserve it at the divorce. She needs to start over like me, But how can i start over if she doesnt sell. My name (credit report) is being hurt by this. | |||

Hi,I still do not understand how one person can file for bankruptcy when two people are on the same mortgage. As I said before, she doesn't live her, she lost the other property and now wants to file bankruptcy and let the bank take this house also. We have never been late. | |||

Adonis, Ihave been paying for the mortage and she is remarried. She has not payed anything but now she thinks she has stake in it because her name is still on the mortage. Thank you for your response. P.S She has ruined heer credit now she can't get a car loan becuse she is on the mortage. | |||
