The terms and conditions for joining us as our affiliate partner are provided below. We request you to go through these terms and conditions before you sign up for a free affiliate account.
Sign up for your affiliate account:
You will have to register yourself in visitlab.com and create an account for being our affiliate partner. Visitlab is our business partner who maintains our affiliate system. Creating an account in visitlab.com will help you to keep track of the visitors sent by you.
Verification of your affiliate account:
MortgageFit has the right to check the authenticity of your affiliate account. We may remove or cancel any account that provides false information and this will be done without any prior intimation to the affiliate partner. We also have the right to cancel a site if it consists of content associated with violence, racial discrimination and other illegal activities.
Proper use of affiliate components:
Individuals signing up as our affiliate should use components like RSS feeds, banners, links etc in a proper way. They should not change the codes of these components.
Spam activities:
Any kind of spam activity related to the promotion of our affiliate system will result in the cancellation of your affiliate account at once.
Earning commissions:
You will be earning $5 for every visitor who comes from your site and gets registered with our website. There will be no commission just for sending visitors to our site.
Terms of payment:
We shall pay our affiliate partners through their paypal accounts and their requests will be processed within 2 business days. For this purpose, you should send your paypal registered email.
Modification of terms and conditions:
We shall notify our affiliate partners in case of any change in the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement. The changes shall be conveyed to the affiliates through posts in our forums. In case you are not comfortable with the new terms of service, you are free to terminate the agreement.

MortgageFit accepts no responsibility for any claim due to loss or any damage incurred by our affiliates for utilizing our affiliate system. Our affiliates should accept the sole liability and responsibility for any loss or claim or damage on account of using this system or the information provided here or for any error in this system.
