My dad's sisters had some land and they died. My fateher is also dead. His sisters had no will, so the land was divided up with the remaining family. His sibling sold there half and now me and my sister own the other half. We are paying half the taxes and our names appear on the deed. The guy that bought the other half, knew that he couldn't delvelop on the land, but know he is putting a trailer park on it, which joins my home and property. Is there anything I can do about this. The property is in Alabama

Hi danni,

He cannot use a portion of your land in order to put his trailer on it. That would be illegal because you own the land. You can negotiate with him regarding this and come to a solution. You may even take the help of an attorney regarding this.

Thanks
