joyanddon Joined: 31 Mar 2010 Posts: 1 1.31 Dollars($)	Posted: Wed Mar 31, 2010 6:21 pm    Post subject: land contract forfeiture Like 0 Dislike 0 hi i sold some land with a double wide trailer in alabama to my step son his son made out the agreement and put in the agreement if they miss 3 continuously months owners have the right to repossess property we then had the bank noterize it, as of april 15 it will be 3 continous months, can i find a form on line and fill it out and have it noterized by a bank. instead, of kicking them out i will let them rent, that way i will get the property back

You will have to contact an attorney and he will help you in drafting such an agreement which will let them rent the property and you would become the owner of the property.
