I currently have a Deer Valley Manufactured home. The model of the home is "The Hampton". My wife and I have owned this home for almost 3 years. We live in rural Alabama. We are currently trying to refinance this home with no luck. Our credit is good, our home is in good shape, and we have little debt. Our problem is that we just can't seem to find a company to finance our home. We have ran out of options and are even to the point of letting the house go back and building a home that we will someday be able to refinance. I'm at my wits end. Do you know of any company that will refinance a rural manufactured home in Alabama? I;ve called all the local banks that did finance manufactured homes up until a year or 2 ago. I've also called companies like wells fargo with no luck. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi jesse!

Welcome to forums!

Did the lenders give you any reason as to why they can't refinance the loan? Getting a refinance depends on various factors - credit score, equity in the property, your dti ratio, etc. If you satisfy the required criteria of the loan, the lenders will help you with a refinance. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community. This will help you know whether or not you would qualify for a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
