Here is my problem. I purchased a 2006 deer valley hampton 32 X 70 manufactured home. I live in Alabama. My rate on the loan is 9.6 percent. My payment started out at 706 and over time has went up to 906 a month. I am currently trying to refinance my home and I'm just not having much luck. My wife and I both work and make good money. We have 2 car payments and the home payment. There just isn't a company that will do a non FHA loan in alabama that I can find. I've tried everyone that I can think of and find on line. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Hi jesse!

Welcome to forums!

Do you have equity in your property? If you don't have equity in your property, then you won't be able to refinance the existing mortgage. This community has a large number of lenders. You may seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them in order to know whether or not you may qualify for a loan with them.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
