Hi Tun,

Welcome to the forums.

I guess you are buying a property in Alabama.

Now, the terms like rent to own and mortgage speak of different scenarios altogethre. What exactly do you wish to know - is it the name of the home buying contract? The contract is known as Real Estate Sales Agreement.

Take care and if you have further queries, please feel free to ask.

Hi,

How long has been since you have bought the property? Are you paying for any mortgage taken by the seller? I find no reason why he should evict, may be he needs the property for some other purpose and he is forcefully trying to evict you from the property.

Thanks
